At Football Shirts Shop, we are committed to the beautiful game and the fans who follow it. If your jersey doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unwashed).
In its original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
Free from any scents (perfume, detergent, etc.) or pet hair.
Customized Jerseys: Shirts with specific player names, custom numbers, or personal names/numbers cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Clearance" are not eligible for return.
If you receive a jersey that is damaged or is the incorrect size/team, please email footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
