How are the prices determined? Are there hidden taxes? The price you see on the product page is the final price for the item. We believe in transparency, so we strive to offer all-inclusive pricing. In most cases, you will not be charged additional import taxes or VAT at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption technology (the same used by major banks) to protect your data. Your payment details are processed through secure gateways and are never stored on our servers.

What should I do if my payment fails? First, check that your billing address matches your card details. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank to ensure international transactions are enabled. You can also reach out to our team for a quick manual check.
2. Order Management

Are all items in stock? Most items listed are ready for dispatch. However, due to high demand for specific Serie A kits, some sizes may occasionally be on backorder. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours to offer a substitution or a full refund.

Can I modify my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change a size or shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placement. Once the package has reached our fulfillment center, modifications are no longer possible.

How do I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted within the first 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order enters the preparation phase for global shipping.
3. Shipping & Logistics

Where do you ship and how long does it take? We offer worldwide shipping to bring the passion of Italian football to every corner of the globe. Our standard delivery window is 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

How can I track my package? Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

What if my package is delayed? While most orders arrive within our 21-day window, international logistics can occasionally face delays due to weather or customs checks. If your order hasn't arrived after 25 business days, please contact us, and we will open an inquiry with the courier.
4. Returns & After-Sales

What is your return policy? We want you to love your kit. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging/tags intact. Please note: Personalized jerseys (with custom names/numbers) are final sale.

How long does it take to process a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Who covers the return shipping costs? If the return is due to a quality defect or an error on our part (wrong size/team sent), we will cover all costs. For "change of mind" returns or incorrect size selection by the customer, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our regional warehouse.
